Drummer first.

I’m self-taught. I learned by putting on my favourite songs and feeling my way through, and I still play that way: by feel, not by reading. Dynamics, tension, space, and what the room is doing.

Bongos came later, in 2022. Now a lot of my nights are spent playing over a DJ’s set at weddings, parties and corporate events. I don’t replace the DJ. I listen for the build, land the drop, and step back when the track needs room.

I still play kit, including with The Dunwells. Different job, same ears.

I’m based in Leeds and play across the UK and abroad.
